DRC was instructed by LBS Properties, a renowned real estate development and asset management firm, to deliver a comprehensive measured survey of TIDE Bankside, a landmark commercial development located in London’s vibrant South Bank district.
With a Gross Internal Area (GIA) of over 200,000 square feet, the project comprises predominantly Grade A office space with additional retail units, designed by the leading architectural firm Squire & Partners.
The purpose of the survey was to provide verified measurement data, which was critical for post-construction validation, leasing, a letter of reliance, and achieving Smartscore certification, for which this property received a Platinum rating—the highest possible accreditation. Our team of certified Stak Digital Surveyors captured the site utilising award-winning DRC software and cutting-edge Leica Geosystems 3D laser scanning hardware, ensuring every detail was documented with unparalleled accuracy.
The captured data was processed efficiently by proprietary DRC cloud technology, transforming over 14 billion measurement points into accurate deliverables.
