Calculate the units area as per DLD, ADREC, and ADGM standards based on the concept/schematic design plans for feasibility study purposes.

The site plan itself is a technical drawing, prepared by a licensed and DLD-approved survey company, that provides a comprehensive overview of the entire property or unit. Its primary purpose is to ensure the project complies with local zoning, safety, and building regulations. The site plan (or plot plan) typically shows the unit dimensions, location inside the building, number of bedrooms and unit area.

We prepare marketing plans for each unit/floor inside the project for the developer to use in his project brochure as part of their marketing material.

We can verify the existing area for the owners to make sure that the area they have in the title deeds are correct and matching the standards of the governments area calculation method.
